Today I'm thinking about the food I consume. We had to go grocery shopping and that is a balancing act between eating healthy and not breaking the bank. These days I crave simplicity in regards to my diet but even the most basic ingredients seem to have doubled at the grocery store. The balance I found that seems to be working is lots of fruits and vegetables mostly non processed, mostly gluten-free, and I've only been eating meat once a day. I feel better and the cost of food is somewhat manageable. I know paying closer attention to the food I put in my body significantly contributed to my Positive Growth as a whole.
